H2A visas allow you to apply for work permits, which are used to access the American workforce, and can be used to obtain a green card.
Visa holders are required to live in the United States for six months before being eligible for an H1B visa.
You can apply for an additional four-month period before you are allowed to apply again.
The H1-B visa is also the most popular visa for young people who want to study in the U.S. The visa is typically awarded on the first day of classes.
You’ll need to take a class at an accredited college or university in order to apply.
You will need to pay for the course and the cost of attendance.
H2-B visas allow for temporary stay and work permits while you are studying in the country.
The two types of visas are separate.
If you are an H2B visa holder, you will have to go through an additional six months to be eligible for the H1.
You may also be eligible to apply if you’re applying for an adjustment of status or refugee status, and you have at least one parent or legal guardian living in the same country.
