Visa and MasterCard have partnered to open jobs in Bengalururu.
The two banks are working together to offer jobs to the young professionals of Bengaluru, said the company’s Vice President of Employment and Skills Development, Dr Arun Kumar.
He added that the banks are also partnering with a number of educational institutions in Bengal and other cities, to offer a range of different roles to the skilled workers of Bengalurare.
The companies have been providing visa and mastercard services for several years in Bengal, and have over 7,500 Visa and MSC/CCI/AML certificates in their portfolio, said Dr Kumar.
“We have a strong partnership with Visa and have an excellent working relationship with MasterCard and Mastercard India.
We also have a long history of working together in Bengal,” said Dr Aran Kumar.
He added that both Visa and the banks have been working closely with the State Government and the private sector, to deliver a better experience to young people.
The first batch of new jobs will be available in the first week of March, 2019, he said.
“The Visa Visa Career Paths Program will bring in fresh jobs to more than 11,000 new graduates, who will be able to work on a full-time basis for the first time, he added.
Dr Kumar said the two banks were also working on the expansion of their services in the Bengaluru area, and were looking to expand their footprint in Bengal in the future.
